Winnipeg Hot 103 Radio Station music question~?!

At the beginning of this year there were two TV dance commercials made for the ace Burpee radio show for Winnipeg's Hot 103!. The first one I found on You Tube was with Hip Hop dancers and Ace dancing to Avril Lavigne!. If you go on You Tube and search ~TheFirst 2008 ABS TV commercial~ (30 sec!.) you should see another one of the same people, only dancing to a different song!. I have heard the whole song once, but never paid attention to who sings it!. Part of the lyrics are 'lookin' at her' (sorry, that is all I can get) I will give ten points to the first person who can tell me the name of the whole song, and the singer!.
