Only a self-sustaining country can be selfish because otherwise they need all they can gather!.!.!.so it wouldn't be a poverty ridden third world country!. I would say Dubai or Saudi Arabia !.!.!.however their selfishness may diminish in the future due to the lessening of their oil reserves!. Recognize that the citizens of every country are entitled to expect their government to take care of its own first and foremost!. The fact that some who are less than rich, are still charitable give me hope for mankind!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Japan and Asian country's, I just got back from Niagara Falls and there were a bunch of Asians there and they all were extremely rude and really had no manners!. They would just push through everyone to get what they want!. They also really didn't car what or who there kids were messing with!. They also are the worst country at recycling!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
