Who is a fan of yours, but you can't access their Q/A's or profile!? Just wondering if they are stalking and don't want you to know!? Obviously they can't be a true fan!.!.!.right!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yes, a few, but that's because their accounts have been suspended!.
Someone can't add you as a contact AND block you at the same time!. (at least not to my knowledge anyways)!.
I get nervous with a lot of new add ons as fans!. (too many trolls out there) AND i don't want another suspended account!.

Anyone who asks me first, usually doesn't get dropped!. As, IF they asked, then they probably aren't a troll!. Lol!.
IF you cannot access someone's Q&A AND profile, than you're probably blocked!. (Some profiles are set to private, so if you're not in their network you won't be able to view Q&A)!. BUT if you cannot access the profile whatsoever, you are either blocked (i!.e, blocked user ) OR that particular account has been suspended!.
Being suspended stinks LOL!. Trust me!. Trolls got me suspended once; I've not forgotten that either!. But it is possible your fan/contact had their account suspended!.
