I take prenatals as well, i'm not pregnant but i'm vegetarian and dont get all i need!.!.!.I started getting weak after being a veggie for so many years!. i also take vitamin E everyday and noticed a huge difference in my complexion after a month or so!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
