I do two or three times a day, but I hardly ever use toothpaste, because it has flouride and sugar in it, so I use water then use a breath mint in which is sugar free!. Sugar just causes cavities, and so does flouride!. But thanx, for asking!. Smile!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
