No!. In the States he went to jail!. In the UK he'd have gone to a hospital for the criminally insane (I don't think they're called this now)!. Broadmoor is the best known!. The prisoners are treated as patients and if they're ever deemed to have recovered they will be sent to a normal prison and sometimes released on parole!. Insanity isn't justification but it is a fact for consideration!. People who are mentally ill should be treated, even if they've committed murder!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
