I find comfort in getting out for a run every day about 3-6 miles (depends on the weather and my legs)!. I put on my ipod and pound the pavement, it eases my mind and relaxes my body!.
I never look towards others for comfort, it was the way I was bred altho snugging my 3 yr old helps tremendously too!Www@Enter-QA@Com
