Question: What is the effect of ragging in colleges!?
ragging is a systemised form of abuse and exploitation!.!.!.some says in defence of ragging that "We get to know our seniors and learn a lot!. We become bold and get exposed to the world!."!.!.!.some say 'ragging can be healthy within limits'!.!.!.so actually what is true ragging!.!.!.!.is it menace or healthy!.!.!.for student and society!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Many could bear ragging but some can not bear!.There are students who lost their lives too, No control by any one and the teachers or the Principal no one were caring!.
When i was in the college doing final year Engineering, i was watching
a student was being ragging by three 3rd year students!. I told them to send the fresher to be left, as for three days they were ragging!.If you three still do not listen to me being your senior student i will take drastic action and i will meet the Principal!.They even told me " you can do any thing"I went to the Principal and narrated the episode!.Soon the three students were debared and to vacate the rooms forth with!.After 3 hrs all the three came to me and I told them that i am nothing for you !.Better go to the Principal!. Next day morning they went to the Principal !.Principal said "Go to the senior student and meet him!. When the three came to me I said I warned you!.Two days passed and they were at my room begging me to help them !.I told them when you did not help the poor boy why should I help you all!.They then fell at my feet and asked appology to the fresher and then i spoke to the Principal and then only the three boys thanked me!.

well, ragging in my sense is some what necessary for the proper introduction between seniors and fresher!. but it shouldn't be too harsh, that it become intolerable!. i support ragging, bcoz during the ragging period we can find out the capability of the fresher and his ability to face problem!. yeah!!!! 1 more thing it also makes the person to turn on to be patient!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Actually it is meant to teach manners to the juniors so that they

Ragging can cause emotional disturbances, depression and even suicidal tendancies out of fear!. It is the worst crime!. Should be punishable at least for 7 years in jail!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
