Question: Survey: On tomato gardening, what should one do to discourage tomato worms!?
I finally found the gross tomato worm that has been wrecking my tomato plants which I've been nurturing in one of those deck gardening contraptions!. What is the best way to prevent this happening again!? Do your neighbors especially older biddies ever sneak over and steal your tomatoes!? Www@Enter-QA@Com
Answers:
You need a neighbor who maintains an active (if not annoying) interest in your garden!.
If this neighbor spies any pests around your tomatoes she will either eradicate them herself, or go into a litany of ways for you to solve the current problem and prevent it from happening again the future!. (Including, but not limited to advice like; I don't like where your tomatoes are planted)Www@Enter-QA@Com

My mom used to use crab boil, a spicy blend of seasonings to keep pests away!. she just sprayed it, undiluted, onto the tomatoes!. Of course, she washed it off before we ate any!. I would love to see your neighbor bite into one without rinsing it! LOL!
You can cover the tomato plants with a special netting that keeps birds (and neighbors) away from your plants!.??? Www@Enter-QA@Com
