Because if you are communicating on your computer this person could be anyone, you say you know what he looks like but how can you if you have never met them, if they have sent you a photo, how do you know its really them, it could be a photo of anyone for all you know!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

its because its hard to accept someone unless you have never met them,people assume everyone has a mean streak and until you actually see them face to face they have something to hide and are dishonest!.I can emphasise with you,one of my best friends is a girl whom I have never met and have communicated for like 5 yrs but people still ask me why she is in my top friends list!.!.go figure lolWww@Enter-QA@Com
People have learned from experience that not everyone is what the seem to be!. On line, you can be anyone you want to be, nobody knows the difference, and you are chatting with people you will in all likelihood never meet in your life!. Because meeting people online is a relatively new thing, and all people hear about online dating or friendships are people getting kidnapped or raped, people never hear the success storys!.

I think the biggest problem people have with that is!.!.!. people can be whoever they want online or on the phone!. it's the in person chemistry and all that really makes a difference!. you have to be comfortable and able to open up to that person anywhere!. these days so many things are done online so it's easy to become open online, you don't feel pressured or anything!. i think that is why it is so hard for people to really get it!. You can't tell how someone truly is by reading words on a computer screen!. This person may be a murderer and they are trying to get personal info about you and they may come to hunt you down!.
