Question: If an buyer won items on ebay, didn't send out any payment and the seller hadn't disputed or nor relisted the
items does that mean the seller never had the items and made a mistake putting the auctions without knowing the items aren't around!?
I had won 4 items off of a seller back in May, didn't send her the payment and she hadn't filed disputes nor re-listed the items!.
I emailed her asking her if she still had them and she said I'm sure I have them!. She then emails me and asks me which ones!?
Then I asked if she still has them!? No reply!.
I'm guessing she made a mistake putting them on auction thinking she had them and didn't have them!.
I saw her some of her feedback and a few buyers said they received their refunds instead of the items they won!.
