Question: Please help with digital camcorder issues!!!?
My son bought a Samsung SC-MX10 NTS C digital camcorder!. It records fine and we can veiw what we've recorded on the cam itself and on the t!.v!. But when we try to veiw it on the computer using the (Lexar) memory card or by plugging the cam to the computer, all we can hear is sound!. The files are transferred successfully, but there is no picture!. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!. We have a hp computer with VistaWww@Enter-QA@Com

Sounds like you are missing a special video codec!. You should look through the manual to see if there's any mention of a video codec!. You will need to install that codec on your computer!.
