Yes, that has happened to me, and when it does, I turn-the-tables on it, by doing what we call it in my old neighborhood: Throwing some sh*t into the game!
Your daily life is what you make it, sure there are outside influences that affect it, but since you have no control over any of these outside influences, then don't allow it to bother you or make you feel this way, work with what you have available in your own immediate world, and you will be fine!. Allow outside influences to disrupt your world and you will constantly be trying to keep up with it, screw it!
