Question: What are healthy items one can order at a diner!?
I work at a diner and, to fit in with my co-workers, I generally have to order breakfast and lunch there!.
This diner serves typical diner foods like scrambled eggs, pancakes, french toast, wraps, and burgers!. What should I order at this diner that could be healthy!?
I was thinking ordering either a bagel for breakfast or scrambled eggs and toast!.!.!. and then ordering a greek wrap for lunch (grilled chicken, tomato, feta, and lettuce in a wrap!.) What do you think!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

bagels aren't that great when looking for low calorie!. try an English muffin with a fried egg white, using very little fat!. it's about 150 calories if you don't add butter!. I'd also be more tempted to have a salad rather than the wrap, especially if you're wrapping with a pita!. Use the same ingredients, just forget the pita!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Why not have either a scrambled egg whites, with a whole wheat bagel and a side of fruit or ask for all veggie omelet with no cheese, whole wheat toast and fruit!.
For lunch you can have a that wrap that sounds really good, a cup of not cream soup and a half turkey sand which with avocado and as many veggies as possible or a salad with grilled chicken,eggs and lots of fresh veggies!.
You have a lot of options, you just have to be creative!.

sounds great! Yup, wraps are usually low cal, and you could even try spring rolls too! And eggs are a great source of protein, so they would be good too!Www@Enter-QA@Com
