If in doubt, have a look at their profile page, and see if it's mentioned!. Most of us will block anyone adding us without asking first!.

I think it is nice for people to ask (send a note) first!. I'm finding that a lot of people are not doing that, in my case!. Okay, I don't have any rules on my profile page, but I think people should still write before adding themselves!. I have several fans who I have never heard of, but I did not add them back!.!.!.some of them then removed themselves!.!.!.a couple didn't!. I find that most people who have been around awhile do ask though!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
