Firm yellow or just a little softer with a sprinkling of brown freckles!.!.!. too green is just too hard and sour!.!.!. too soft is just not good either, then as they turn more brown they're only good for banana bread or muffins!. Seems like my bananas have a very short, very specific shelf life!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
