Its now 4:30 am, I was ill wednesday thursday friday last week, so slept in most days while off work and totally messed my sleeping pattern up!.
also didn't get a chance to exercise and ate too much energy loaded food, so it's been throwing me out!.
Back to work tomorrow, might get some sleep, might not, going to go for a run when i wake up anyhow, then caffeine pills for the rest of the day, some weights when i get home, then stay awake as long as i can before a decent meat + 2 veg meal, and then bed!. rinse and repeat and hopefully it will get me back up!.
I find the worst of the sleeplessness comes when i don't exercise, like my body is looking for something to do and doesn't kick in with the right hormone levels until i've done it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

IF you cannot sleep why don"t you get a live sleeping tablet then!? That is very good it will put you to sleep very quick & it is very good to be hocked on so go a head get one!. You only need one for your hold life so go a head have one!!.
