My parents never *pretended* to be something they were not!. Children tend to idealize their parents, and it has nothing to do with any pretense on their part!. In my mid teens, I had a short rebellious phase during which I didn't think so highly of them, but it didn't take long for me to gain respect for them as the fallible but still extraordinary people they are!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
As soon as my dad started telling me that "You don't feel this way, this is how you feel!.!.!." And when he made the statement that even if he is wrong, he is always right- because he is the parent!.

at 18, when I took a bad! tylonal for a headache and it woked and didnt lead me to hard drug addiction, we never had pills for our ills as children, just suffer was the policy!Www@Enter-QA@Com
