I am a single mom honey so if it paid one penny more I would work in the bathroom and wipeassses all day!. As for you though, is your current assignment ending or is it still viable!. If it's more money then you have to weigh the stress vs the financial benefit!. If it's the same money and your current job is still secure - fvckem!. That's what I say!. ?Www@Enter-QA@Com
If the stress and office politics are there, there will still continue, If they are offering you to come back, that probably means more responsibility's so you will be more in the "muck" of things!. Is it really worth all that!? I left a company because of the office gossip/politics, they offered me to come back, more money but I knew it would be the same if not worse, I did not go!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
i would reflect on how i felt before when the stress level was really high, how you feel now, if the stress level is equal, possibly more pay than i say yes, if not the same stress level as you have now, is more money worth it to not have the peace of mind less stress brings!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
No, not if my stress level would then begin to skyrocket!. If you are able to do the job outside of the office, I would recommend it, if the offer was a good one!.
