the blue one is called a tragus!.
some people find it hurts, and other people find it doesn't - it completely depends on your own pain threshold!.
in my experience with cartilage piercings, the healing process is more painful than the initial piercing!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

but tell them to put in a earring like this

because then it will heal VERY FAST! then you can switch it out to look like the one in your picture :)

That's called a tragus!. A few of my friends have it done, it takes forever to heal and hurts like the worst pain you've ever had!. I also don't think it's attractive, but that's just my opinion!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
