My first kiss was in the fourth grade with a girl named Mary, in Hawaii!. We were both Marine Corps brats, and her Dad was getting ready to be transferred stateside!. We were really close friends, and my Mom took us to the movies!. When we got home Mom went inside to talk to Mary's mother, and we were playing outside with her little brother!. She asked me to lean in so that she could whisper something to me, and planted a kiss right on my lips!. On the way home I was floating on cloud nine, and Mom could tell that there was something going on!. I don't know how she figured it out, but she asked me if Mary and I had kissed!. I said yes, and she got on the CB (yes this was the height of the 1970's CB craze) and got on with Mary's Mom, and told her what happened!. Of course since a CB isn't like a cell phone, every one of my parents' friends heard about it, which meant that the next day in school I was taunted for hours by my friends!.
Two weeks later I went to the airport to say goodbye to her!. We snuck off and kissed some more!. It was totally worth it!. We wrote back and forth for a few years, but lost touch after her mother died!. I will always remember that first sweet, innocent kiss!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
