If you feel strongly enough about this then why have you not reported it to Yahoo!.Surely that would be the correct recourse , rather than making potentially false allegations which could in fact lead to your own suspension for deliberate abuse of other users!.
I note that you only name one person , that hardly qualifies as a "Clique"!.!.
I would be interested to learn whyyou have allowed this to become such an issue for you as I note over the last few days you have posted this same question is various forms!.
I think personally you are letting something very insignificant cloud your judgement !.!.
