I live in NYC and on my way home on the subway a couple nights ago, this young woman (early-mid 20s, 5'9ish, blonde, slim, looked like a model) was sitting across from me!. She was wearing a short flowery dress and kept opening her legs wide open and lifted her dress (no underwear)!. I was the only one sitting across from her!. There were other people at the other end of the train!.
I was totally shocked! I would never expect a girl to do this! Maybe she was on drugs!? I pretended not to see anything at first and then I moved to where other people were sitting!. I was afraid if I said anything to her, she'd go psycho on me or something!.

I had this happen once in an office!. The girl went to go retrieve a file in a cabinet directly in front of me!.!.!.!. I was sitting in a chair facing the filing cabinet and she had her back to me!.
