Its totally up to you, if you are really overweight then you should probably get up and exercise but you don't have to!. If you just want to lay around then put on a movie and relax, it's saturday!Www@Enter-QA@Com

I'm in the same situation currently!. I advise working out tomorrow morning on an empty stomach, working out at this time of day makes it harder to go to sleep!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
