For me, returning to a place cannot hold me back for moving away !.!.
I believe, we leave a place in order to meet something better, to do something really good!. If we succeed in this, it is not bad to return to our -let's say- hometown, having in our "baggage", all the gifts we acquired while we were away!. We can use all that knowledge and experience to live as well !.
The anticipation and desire for something better that leads us to the decision to move, should surpass any other fear!. Living is to learn how to make a step forward!. All the rest, remains to be examined when and if it appears!Www@Enter-QA@Com

I actually think its more about the individual's state of mind rather than the place they live!. A person can take issues with them anywhere they go!.!.!. leaving may create a new enviornment, but unless the person make personal internal changes or adjustments the issues will remain!. Some people fall back into a familiar, comfortable place or even a relationship!.!.!. its definitely better to try and travel a different path if the place you are leaving is not enough!. That fear may be the fear of failure, but its better to try than wish for something more!.!.!. or at least take a chance to see if an opportunity is everything the person wished for!. The city in which I grew up does not hold a lot of "beauty"!. It's an old New England Milltown on a river with canals and factories!.!.!.ugly place!. Since I left there, many years ago, I have not returned!. Not even set foot inside the city line!. I was not afraid to leave but have great fear of returning!. It's a past that should stay in the New England history books along with child labor and deplorable working condition and pollution!. The only high school in the city remains an old building, 4 stories tall and was overcrowded with baby boomers!. Yes, I have left those "ghosts" behind, for good!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
If I am willing to leave anywhere !.!.!. for any reason !.!.!. it is because I am aiming for higher ground!. Whatever I've left behind can stay there!. I won't go back for any reason !.!.!. even if I have to find a better reason for leaving than I had originally intended!.
I try to never live in fear because when you do you give away your power!. When you allow that to happen !.!.!. at some point !.!.!. you will have to experience what it is you gave your power to!. And that is something I have no desire to do!.

I've left so many places, but I've never had that fear!. Whenever I've done so, it's always been with the intent of not returning!. I had to briefly visit one of those places recently, and it was unpleasant, but at least my decision to leave was validated!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
You hit the hammer on the nail with that little gem, but within the placement of that fear, comes other fears of the future ahead of you and what may hold in the unfamiliar!. Hence why some choose the path most traveled than the one less taken!.
