~I used to work for a doc and it was mandatory to take at least 3 vitals for insurance purposes, and weight was one of the ones! Some of the very heavy patients were very embarrassed about their weight!. I would weigh someone as much as 450 lbs!. but I would just act like it was routine and I saw it everyday!. The patient and their feelings should come first!. Some declined to weigh, and so I would just say "Ok, that's alright" the doc did not like this, but you cant do something to someone that they do not wish for in health care~Www@Enter-QA@Com
There is nothing wrong with the weights you mentioned as a matter of fact, to me, your height/weight ratio sounds just right!.!.!.!.!.

No I don't feel embarrassed, cuz there doctors and they see it all the time!. Just tell yourself it's nothing new!.
What I also find funny is when they say, "Right your quite over weight!." IT's sooooo tempting to say "Wow gosh really!? no"Www@Enter-QA@Com
