I think more about the present!. I try to enjoy each day and each person that is in my life!. I've always tried to not let the negative of the past bog me down too much, because I do believe that robs you of today!. "If only's are not something I indulge in for long!. If I mess up in a decision I just try to get going again as soon as I can!. I do look back with warm feelings of the past and I think of those that I've loved and are gone now!. !. But again, I try to do this in as positive way as I can!. This world is messed up though and it's getting worse I think!.Sometimes it's a real effort to not focus too much on that aspect!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
The past is the past and i have no real reason to sit and think about something that happened that i cannot change!. I think about the future way more cause i can change it, I have the power to!. The past, which is really counterproductive!. It can't be changed and gets in the way of planning for the future!. I just get mired down in an endless stream of "What if" scenarios, which don't matter for crap, because it's not like the past can be changed!. Thinking about the future is scary and uncertain, but the places I end up when I start ruminating on the past aren't so great either!. I don't know why I do it, except that my Dad always did and it drove me bonkers--so naturally I want to imitate something he did that I didn't particularly like, right!?
