Question: Have you ever had to watch yourself on dvd!?
Ugh!.!.!. I dread it!. I started teaching a class a week and a half ago!. The person who is recording it gave me the dvd last night to review!. I seriously don't want to watch it!. I hate how I sound when I hear my voice replayed!. I sound like a country bumpkin!. haha!. Plus, if being on tv adds 10 pounds to you, oh good lord!

Yes I have!. !.!.!. kinda!.!.!. I've heard myself on the radio winning some stupid call in contest and I absolutely cringed and I've seen myself on TV both at games and on David Letterman in the audience and just about died and swore it wasn't me both times!!Www@Enter-QA@Com

I hated it, i also HATE the way I sound, more than anything! And my brother told me I really do sound like that!. :-(

The first offending item was taken of me when I was ten on a horse and as a bridesmaid, transferred from video to DVD!. Next a few years later in a pool with friends!. Why some things can't get permanently lost I'll never know!.
The last offending item was taken at college, I hadn't realised how southern counties my accent was until then!. It's a "do I really sound like that moment"!.
I don't mind public speaking at all, but watching myself on DVD!? Only if I really, really have too!!!!
