70 is the answer to this problem!. Dividing by 1/2 is the same as multiplying by 2, so that gives us 60!. When we add 10 to that, we get 70!. Some people thought you said multiply 30 by 1/2!. If that was the case, the answer would be 25!. You didn't say that though!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

EDIT: Divide anything by 0!.5 (a half) and it doubles so 30 x 2 = 60
60+10 = 70
