It depends on what you like!. Its not actually about which one is easier to start off with, but more on what you feel like playing!. Most of the time, if you get to play an instrument, you move to another one with ease as you have built the foundation of certain musical properties down already!. On my experience though, as far as reading musical notes is concerned, the piano is easier to learn (to read music) as compared to the guitar!. But the guitar is easier to start off with if you just want to play simple chords !.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Yes I do!. Try whatever instrument really captures your interest!. For some, they like the sound, others the part in the ensemble that it has, whatever the reason you like it, go with that!. You'll find better success with something that holds your interest!. Good luck with it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I started off playing a recorder!. If you can do that then you can try clarinet or saxophone!. That's what I did and now I am playing clarinet and I love it!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
