Question: Obama: our savior, or a creep!?
There's something about Obama I find disturbing!. He's still better than McCain (how could someone as smart as McCain still support the GOP and also care about America), but I don't think he's the savior he seems to be to so many people!.
With that said, he's not the Antichrist, but you can compare him to being the Antichrist in the sense that he has come seemingly to save us from the evils of the GOP and Bush, but I get the feeling he may only make things slightly better!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I sometimes think of GW Bush as the Antichrist!. I was raised as a Catholic!. However, I have not read much of the Bible itself---so I don't know the precise definition of that term!. In my non-Biblical way, however, I personally find it appalling that Bush claims to be a Christian and claims to pray to God for difficult political matters!. Yet "his God" apparently told Bush it was ok to invade Iraq, where over 4,100 US soldiers died and over 200,000 Iraqi civilians perished!.
This may sound like I'm changing topics, but I always remember the song by Sting "there is no political solution!.!.!.!.!.!.we are spirits living in the material world!." Many politicians, in my opinion, come from a place of megalomania!. They are more obsessed with power than with being a "public servant!." This sounds like Bush Jr!. to me, although maybe he wanted to be prez to be more like daddy!. Anyway, I am digressing and I can't go into all this in a Yahoo answer!.
Yes, I think the US and parts of the world will be much improved with Obama as president!. Is he a savior!? No, he is a human being with many of the flaws that most humans have!. I don't find him "disturbing" to use your word!. Yet, there will always be suffering, war, famine, and some form of terrorism, regardless of who is president!.
