Depends!. I have a nose ring and I have to pick my nose to get the snot off the jewlery its the only way! I cant pull it out because the crust will damage the hole and create like scar tissue damage possibly!. So I have to peel the snot off!. If its small and crusty I'll flick it or w/e but usually its nasty and long and gooey so I get a tissue!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
