Yesterday: After falling down the stairs with a load of laundry in my slippered feet making me slide right down to the bottom, straining my ankle, But I stopped myself before I hit the hard floor!. Then JUST getting up, as usual, calling for a taxi to go get groceries!.!.!.Taxi never appearing after an hour and 20 minutes of waiting!.!.!. then limping up 5 long blocks to the bus, shopping!.!.!.MORE PAIN IN THE LEG!.!.!.returning home, limping worse!.!.!.going to bed with a swollen ankle which now looks like a grapefruit and is just below me in a bucket of Epsom Salts!
It's going to be a nice hop along day and through the Holiday, probably!
Well!.!.!. there goes the Sprinting Competition on Our "Labor Day"!festivities!
I'm going to have to be labouring JUST to BE there, NEVERTHELESS! NOT missing "them" brats and good camaraderie!

It was in December of 2003!. I was on vacation and almost out of cigarettes so I decided to quit!.
It was the hardest challenge I ever gave myself!.

yesterday, i went from pumping 50 Ibs to 98Ibs on the weight bench, it would have been more but i used all the weights i had!. i wanted to see how much i could lift!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
