How do you define maturity? in what ways are you mature?!
Question: How do you define maturity!? in what ways are you mature!?
i believe that none of us is mature in every aspect of live!. what i have learned is that maturity is about :
my reactions to situations, whether they are favorable or unfavorable, should require patience, and not anger
doing- instead of taking the easy route of wallowing in self pity, which was the cause of my depression, i should try to make a situation better!.
we are all selfish and i can not change that- i have to take into consideration others feelings and try to be as least selfish as possible
ridding all behavior that is a result of low self esteem, which leaves me with only my true self
accepting myself for who i am as of right now- i will not succeed if my journey doesn't begin with myself!.
realizing that not everything needs to be done at once
realizing that not all of my qualities are likeable, but maybe one day they will be and i will be defined by these qualities
realizing that with regards to certain aspects of my life, people are here for me and my experiences with them will shape me into the person i ought to become!. people who do not like me in the process do not matter!.
to learn from every experience!.
to take chances
to simply "get over it" when nothing else can be changed!.
to recognize that i will never be completely mature
to not over or underestimate my potentialWww@Enter-QA@Com

bloody hell lol i think you just ree wrote the bible and the 10 commandments after patiently Reading all that , my honest opinion is , you need to stop 'assessing yourself' if you take all that into your mind you would have lower self esteem than a punctured tire and more paranoid than a model with a broken finger nail chill out , live life , take each day as it comes , we all make mistakes , no one can ever be perfect BE THE PERSON WHO YOU ARE!!! not who others want you 2 beWww@Enter-QA@Com
To me being mature means you can take responsibilities, you know whats right from wrong and you can look after others when they need your help rather than taking the mik out of themWww@Enter-QA@Com
