Question: Why are there so many scholarships for black people!?
I'm not racist and I think I'm more of a minority than they are because I come from Greece!. I came here when I was 13 and I learned to speak Enlglish perfectly!. I dont know anyone else who is Greek at my school!. So I should be getting all those scholarships for minorities!. What do you think!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

because they are a minority, which isn't really true anymore!. white people and women are minorities, so WE should be getting the same amount of scholarships!.!.!.!.its funny how people say that no one should be discriminated against, yet white people are discriminated against when they give out the scholarships to other races!Www@Enter-QA@Com
Because there are some people and groups who treat black people in a condescending manner, thinking that black people don't have the ability to "make it" on their own!.
Programs like black-only scholarships and affirmative action send a bad message to black people -- the message being, "Because you're black, we have to make life easier for you in order to succeed, because you're just not capable enough to handle it on your own!."

I think that people with money can decide who they give it to!. If they decide they want to give it to black students, that is their right!.
