Sunday tea is sandwiches, cakes and trifle or/jelly & ice cream or/fruit and cream all with good old English tea!.
I always have a proper Sunday roast lunch with all the trimmings, Yorkshire puds etc, it is the one day that I do not count calories or think about eating healthy!.
I enjoy every bit of both meals and can manage the rest of week trying to be good eating healthy etc!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
