Well, I assume this is a joke!. There are no pros!. The cons, besides being with a controlling, psychotic, violent freak, are serious longterm physical, emotional and mental scarring!. Then, if there are children, they become dysfunctional from watching bad examples!. And the abused party never respects the abuser again!. They may fear them like they fear a rabid dog, but there is no respect!. There are a lot of pros to turning the abuser into the police and having them locked away for a long time!.
