I use it whenever somebody has given a quality and relevant answer!.
The only time I have ever used the thumbs down is whenever answers have been posted from somebody that is clearly a troll or spammer, or whenever they are being spiteful to other people!. Hopefully with a lot of negative ratings of their answers, those sort of people should soon get the message that they are not welcome!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

All the time!. I asked a question about this recently because i feel that if someone takes the time to answer your question the least the asker can do is rate it!. I like to know if my answers have had an effect or not and i'm sure that other people feel the sameWww@Enter-QA@Com

Yes!. I do actually!. I do thumbs up a lot! But I don't usually do thumbs down!. I think that people would be more encouraged when they get a thumbs up!. I just dont touch the ones that look bad!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
