What Instrument should i choose?! HELP?!
Question: What Instrument should i choose!?! HELP!?
I have never played an instument before and our school has finaly got some!. I want to choose one that has a beautiful sound!. not too!.!.hard to learn in grade seven and one that is not to hard to hold onto!.

Well here's what I think:
Flute - hard to get used to at first, esp getting sound out
Clarinet - Hard to hold on to and get do some damage to your pinkie fingers (I have a few friends who play this and have "clarinet pinkies"
Alto/Tenor Sax - Jazz sound, fun to play, easy to hold
Because all brass instruments have similar mouthpieces, they all have a similar feel to them!.
Trumpet - I play the trumpet so there's not much I can say that won't sound VERY biased XD
French Horn - Not the most comfortable instrument to hold and if you have plans to join a marching band, you'll have to learn Mellophone too!.
Trombone - You'll build really strong muscles in your right arm XD
Tuba - Big and heavy and strong bass-y sound
Baritone - basically a mini tuba!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

either way all of them will be hard to learn at one point or another!. I play both alto/tendor sax but it was kindda hard to learn!. Woodwinds r easier to hold then brass and they have a much prettier sound!. I would go with either flute or sax (by the way tendo and alto sax r bascially the same thing!.!.same fingering and everything but tendor has a lower sound!.!.just incase u didnt know that)!. =)Www@Enter-QA@Com

I would say clarinet or flute!. I play clarinet at school!.!.!.!. but at first its gonna be a bit hard!. My freind is really good at the flute!.!.!.!.!.!. it's got a beautiful sound!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
