Just being there, is the best thing that you can do!.
Just listening, and hearing her when she talks, and crying with her!.!.!.Sometimes the best thing to say is Nothing at all!. Just listen!.
Check on her often!.!.Im sure you talk to her already during the day, but maybe go by and see her, hug her, just sit and talk with her, or make a few extra phone calls, to let her know that you want to be there for her!. I went thru this before, and my friend thought that it was a burden for people to be there for her!. I had to show her, that I wanted to be there!.
Each day will be hard, but she will become stronger and stronger thru it, and as each day passes!.!.!.!.Just be a friend!.
I hope this helps!.!.!.Im so sorry for your friends loss!. But it sure sounds like she has a good friend in you!.
Take Care Hun!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Don't smother your friend with your wish to help, but let your friend know that you are there to talk to and then listen when you are needed!. Sometimes a friend who will listen is what that person will need the most!. The one thing that I would tell you not to say is,
"I know how you feel!." Everyone relates to a death differently!. Every situation is so personal to the person who is suffering to get through their grief!. Good luck, your friend is lucky to have you to help her through this sad time!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Let her know that you are there for her, that you understand that it's a difficult time!. Let her know that if she wants to talk or just wants some company, that you are available!. And then maybe just let her be!. Don't be too pushy or force things!. Be patient, gentle!. Let her come to you!.
When I had a death in the family, my greatest friends were the ones who gave me some space when I wanted it and then when I did want to talk, they gave me their ears!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

You have two options, which usually varies through personalities!.
A) You can avoid the topic & focus on other things, to get his or her mind off of it!. & eventually they'll heal naturally!.
B) You can talk about it!. Most people bottle up all their emotions, making it so much harder to accept the fact of a tragedy!. Taking things off your chest & clearing your mind will make most people feel alot better!.
Good luck & God blessWww@Enter-QA@Com

All you can do is let them know that you are there for them!. If they want to talk, let them talk, if they want to cry let them cry!. Just don't push them to talk about it!. Let them take the lead!.
