What nutritional topic would interest you or others the most?!
Question: What nutritional topic would interest you or others the most!?
Hi,
For college, I have to select a topic in relation to nutrition (as part of a fitness course) that I will be carrying out later this semester!. It will be a 10 minute PowerPoint presentation in front of my own class as well as anyone else who may see the flyers the teachers going to put up that may have interest in the topic, which is why I want it to be both interesting, and something that many people may not know much about!. At the end of my presentation, I’ll also have to hand out a flyer to those who attended for a summary to take away!.
Examples of topics that the teacher told me have already been taken are Energy Drinks, and Vegetarians!. I’d imagine the idea there would be to talk about the benefits, risks, how much, when to take energy drinks, and how to eat well being a vegetarian!. So what topic(s) would interest you or you know would interest others!? :)

The ridiculous Atkin's diet!. There are many people than still need to learn the dangers of a no carb diet!.
Other crazy diet fads through the years might interest people with humor!.
The ways stores try to trick you into buying food that they get you to think is better for you!. IE lite vs light, the "no sugar added"
"low carb" Or the best one "no-trans fat", trans fat is basically stripped off of shelves!. Other ways, candy that has 0 fat, but all the sugar!
Maybe the benefits of berries, such as cranberry, blueberries, and what's up with all the pomegranate juice around lately!?
Effects of soda and coffee on you GI tract and nervousness!.
You could get really deep and discuss foods that are noted to keep disease away!. One's that can keep you healthy by just eating a bit per day!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
