I mean, why does it have to do that horrible screech at 3:05 a!.m!. and scare me half to death!

Now what it does, it tests to make sure that if an emergency arises in your area that the cable company can zap a panic or alert message directly to your tv!. I live in Florida, hurricane capital of the world and never have I seen a real message pop up!. Pointless!. Definately the work of Devil Mokeys!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
