My first job with a PAYCHECK was when I was 16!.!.!. I worked as a stage-hand at Marriott's Great America for the "Bugs Bunny Show", I worked summers there for 6 years!.
My first paying job would have been 13, mowing lawns and doing light gardening for neighbors!.
My Dad started paying us for "extra" chores when I was 10!.!.!. we could pick up 25 cents an hour helping him with the car (we fit under the car), doing light construction, painting, mowing the lawn, etc!.
Normal chores such as cleaning, dishes, laundry were just part of our "rent"!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
