1!. I would ask them if they are ok!! i've even offered a stranger to come have a drink (not alcohol) just so they felt a little better!! and it is a great way to meet a new friend!.

i would say "whats wrong" and if its a dumb reason then id walk away, if it was a good reason id comfort him/her

1) No matter where I was, honestly, I wouldn't do anything because I'd feel it was none of my business and they might get mad at me if I tried to ask if they were OK!.
