just go into town and spend a fortune on stuff you're never going to wear!. also, it doesnt have to be clothes, you can buy useless gadgets for the home you will never use, toiletries that are so expensive they will sit on the bathroom shelf looking good but not being used !.!.!.!.!.!. i think you get the picture!. also, i buy loads of stuff for other people, share the joy i say!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
Don't know if it would work the same on a man, we women by things to make us feel good, it's soooooo good when you walk out of a store and you have just bought a matching bag and shoes (even if you do not need them ) Men usually shop just for what they need not want, almost as if they have blinkers on!. When I was younger & first moved to London went crazy clothes shopping as so much to choose from, now rarely do as seem to spend all my cash on my son for clubs, school etc!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

It does work, the hole idea of it is to think of something you really want, not need, and go through shops and find the nicest of the item you want!. And while looking you will come across some nice things you were not looking for!. Just don't do like us girls sometimes and go over board!.
