I have never met a woman who loves to scrub and clean!. Or a woman who would love a hamper of cleaning products!. But you know your wife better than anyone!.

Could you not make a hamper of pampering things, just run down to Boots and grab a whole load of feel-good products!. That, I think, would be a far better gift!.

I don't think so buddy - do you!?

I bet your wife is probably a lot like me: she loves keeping her house clean, having and living in a clean house and is probably very house proud too but hates cleaning it in order to get it and maintain it that way!

How about a hamper of scented candles, pampering goodies (bubble bath, shower gel and fancy soap from Bath & Bodyworks or nice and luxurious bed sheets, pillowcases and duvet and bath towels from Bed Bath And Beyond) or even fresh flowers and/or small house plants instead - why not!?

Good luck!Www@Enter-QA@Com

She probably doesnt 'love' cleaning, but does it because she wants the house to look nice and clean and takes pride in her home!. As a birthday present, Personally I would feel it inappropriate, almost like buying 'her' sexy lingerie, which is more a present for yourself!.
Even a bunch of flowers, carefully chosen, would be better than that!. Dont leave it so late next time and put some thought into it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

to me that would be fine as i always tell him to get something usefull etc but my step mum also is a clean freak bleach is her best buddie!.!. my dad once bought her as part of her pressie a new kettle and iron as she had been nagging him about hte old ones and it did not go down well she almost hit him with the iron LOL!! you may want to have it as a "joke" and get her a bunch of flowers to go with the table:)Www@Enter-QA@Com

i think your intentions are good that she enjoys cleaning, but she must buy this all herself weekly!.!.!.!.!.!.why don't you doa different kind of hamper, with treats for her -- perfume, bubble bath, pampering sets, make-up, jewellery, a mug (with wording on to suit your wife) flowers, etc etc, i am sure that would be more appropriate than cleaning products!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I'm afraid that is a bit weird to actually like scrubbing and cleaning ! Why not get her a book to read or something for a hobby to take her mind off the cleaning ! And then get yourself a hamper of cleaning products and you get scrubbing - that would be an even better present !Www@Enter-QA@Com

Have you got a death wish!? You don't give household stuff as presents unless for example a novelty ironing board cover with a picture of a half naked man!.!.!.!. Sorry, if you got to purchase a hamper of cleaning stuff, why not make it a hamper of lovely and expensive toiletries that you know she likes!. Lush do a lot of gift sets!.

http://lush!.com

Or do the bloody cleaning yourself!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

I think she will think that you perceive her as being good for nothing but cleaning, and she can buy this stuff herself anyway!.

If you want domestic harmony I'd avoid it, it's her birthday, give her something a bit more galmorous, where's your romance!?!?!?!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Any present is better than no present!.
I have never done the girlie things which cost the earth, and prefer practical to ornamental!.
Couple of favourite prezzies from husband have been a floor polisher and a super-dooper windlass for working locks on the canal!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Why don't you get her a basket with a bunch of smell good stuff from Bath & Body Works!. Lotions, sprays, bath gels, etc!.
They have fancy gift baskets ya know!.

That'd be a whole heck of a lot better than a hamper of Mr CleanWww@Enter-QA@Com

Unless they are products that actually do the work(wishing) or something she has specifically asked you to get, then NO!.!.!.bad idea!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

i wouldn't do it! im sure shed much rather jewelry or flowers! not cleaning products! no matter how much she likes cleaning!Www@Enter-QA@Com

just get her something nice and friendly or small and sexy!. (Not necessarily in that order)!. Do NOT give her her favorite scrubbing products!. Have a nice birthday, the both of you!Www@Enter-QA@Com

NEVER give a woman cleaning products or household appliances as a gift unless she specifically ask for it!Www@Enter-QA@Com

NO way please don't biggggg mistake buy her some perfume it suppose to be special not everyday crap even if she does like to clean!. Its like buying a janitor a mop!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yes, you can use them in the apartment you will be living in for a few months!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

she may like this gift, and it may be very funny, because she loves it so muchWww@Enter-QA@Com

Yes,fantastic!.Nothing like a brillo pad & a bottle of bleach to get her in the mood!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

Throw in a vacuum cleaner and some pots and pans and you've nailed it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yeah fantastic!.!.!.just make sure you wrap it nicely!.!.!.!.then take a photo and she can show it to all her family!.!.!.my wont they be impressed!.!.!? who needs gucci!.!.cartier!.!.when you can have domestos and toilet duck!.!.pmslWww@Enter-QA@Com

Maybe throw in a vibrator because she won't be letting you near her this month!Www@Enter-QA@Com

If she enjoys cleaning, why not!? Go for it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

LOLWww@Enter-QA@Com

I'm not sure, but please let us know how it goes!.!.!.!.!. If you're still alive!Www@Enter-QA@Com
