I am the boss, and although I don't think I'm hot, if a junior member of staff starts to flirt with me as if they like me, I will sometimes use that as a reason to give them more work, telling them that they're the only person I trust with such a responsible task!.

I had a hot boss!. Everyone hated him so much because he was such a dick!. I did anything he asked me to or at least anything that would keep me next to him!.
