Because we look back on history to do thing in the future!.
We look at somethin in the past to act so that we get similar results!.
exp: 2 countries go to war with each other!. They look at each others past tactics!. They then act against each others tactics, creating loss for both!. Then act against those tactics, once again both losing!. History will always find a way in some sort of part to be repeated!. Nothing can ever be exactly different; at all times!. :)Www@Enter-QA@Com
