well in the winter we ususally keep the temp set at about 76 or 77F and in the summer my husband and I fight over the temp!. He'd prefer it be in the 80s and I would prefer it be in the 70s!.!.!.so when he's gone or not watching I have it set at 75F!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
In winter I keep it at 72 when home, but turn it down when no one is home!.
In summer-it depends on how hot and humid it is, usually around 74Www@Enter-QA@Com
