Should I just become nocturnal?!
Question: Should I just become nocturnal!?
All during the day, I am sluggish and have no energy!. However, now at 3 am I am not in the least bit tired, I'm sitting here dancing to upbeat fun 90s songs and really don't feel like going to bed!. I also hate the sun and love the night sky!. Should I just become nocturnal!? I think I should, the nighttime is so much more fun!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

You need vitamin D from the sun, otherwise you'll start to get a bit ill!. So don't become full time nocturnal, seriously! I think you've just changed your body clock to being awake at night!.!.!. You'll need to gradually swap it back to going to bed at an earlier time!.
Our bodies awake and drift asleep working to a 'clock', when they're given routine!. So if you need 8 hours sleep a night, you go to bed at 11:00, then get up at 7:00, for example!. If you keep doing so for about a fortnight, you'll automatically feel sleepy at around 11pm, and your body will automatically awake at around 7:00!.
Routine is also better for our bodies; it even helps regulate your metabolism, makes you more refreshed and can help keep your mood constant!. It's surprising how our sleep patterns, and the amount of sleep you have, can affect our general mood for a day!. I think you'll also need to experiment to discover how much sleep you need to feel your best - some people need 6 hours, others need 9!. It varies!.
But, if you lay down routine most of the time, so your body is subconsciously accustomed to it, having an 'awake all night' sometimes won't do any harm!. Your body will soon snap back into its sleep pattern if you get back to it after your 'nocturnal' day!. Maybe have your late night on a saturday, then on a sunday start a routine for the rest of the week!?

No, you just need to suck it up because people aren't supposed to be nocturnal, and if you are then you will have almost no one to hang out with!. If you be more active during the day, you will feel more tired at the time when you should be going to bed!. If you get into a habit of going to bed at a good time, soon it should feel normal and you won't need to worry!.

I don't think you should be nocturnal! I too, know the feeling of feeling all hyped up really early in the!.!.!. night/morning/3am/whatever haha!.
But there are a few reasons why I don't think you should be nocturnal:
1!. Your family & friends won't see you!
2!. Everyone needs Vitamin D which comes from the sun
3!. What about work/school!?

Getting up at 3 AM will make any one feel very energetic!. And, you can begin your activities at 3 AM everyday and retire early to bed!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
